This month’s program at the stated communication will be a step-up night and we will be hearing the proficiencies of our newest Entered Apprentice, our Fellowcraft, and also our four Master Masons.
Greetings Brethren,
As I write this message while at my mom’s house for Christmas, I think about those things I’m thankful for. The friends and family that I have around me, that have supported me this past year. It has been a challenging year, that would have been so much more difficult without the help and support of my Masonic Brothers.
I hope that those of you who celebrate the holiday had a joyous Christmas holiday. It is also my wish that everyone has a wonderful and safe New Year! May the blessings of heaven rest upon you and your family during this holiday season.
We recently held our Annual Holiday party on our second-floor hall and was a great success. I want to thank everyone who helped make this year’s party such a hit, both in setting it up and cleaning up afterward, especially W.: Brother Cordeiro, who took the rains and ran with them.
We will be opening our January stated communication with a step-up night for the new line of officers, under the direction of W.: brother, MJ Benevides. I know I speak for everyone when I say that I look forward to seeing great things happening at St. Alban’s over the next year. As 2023 is about to end, I think back over the year with so much pride about all that our brothers have accomplished. We have so many who work hard to support and promote our lodge. We may be one of the smallest lodges in the state, but we are mighty. We have survived all the adversities our building throws at us (like a frozen pipe), and we overcome them while growing in the process. I can truly say that the brothers of St. Alban’s are part of my family. We may not be blood, but you can’t get much closer. It has been a great honor and privilege to serve as Master this past year and work with all of you. I feel truly blessed. Thank you!
