This month we will be receiving RW District Deputy Grand Master, Stephan Saraidarian for his official visitation to St. Alban’s No. 6. The evening is slated to be an office forum.
Greetings Brethren,
First off I’d like to thank everyone who came out and attended our meeting last month. I know it wasn’t easy with the schedule changes but I feel like we accomplished a lot and had a great program by W Benn. He does have a few more programs up his sleeve so we will be seeing him up there again! Just a reminder, this month is the officer forum at our meeting so that IS the program. It is also the corn beef and cabbage dinner put on by the family of our Brother Junior Deacon. It looks like it’s going to be a well-attended evening so I hope to see all of you there.
A few key topics I’d like to remind everyone of are the Grand Masters Testimonial Dinner on April 5th. We need to purchase our tickets ASAP as the cut-off date is less than 2 weeks away. I’d like to have our table so please, if you can, let’s show up in force! Information for the event was sent out on February 26th so check your emails or our website.
Rehearsals/family nights this month will be this Thursday night, the 7th at 6 pm for Lodge members, and at 7 pm will be a family and Fundraising committee. Also on Saturday the 23rd at 10 am for rehearsal followed by coffee and donuts for the family and children at 11 am. I know it’s last minute but once we start getting together we can discuss what dates and times work for everyone.
We have a busy couple of months coming up so I’m asking for all hands on deck. Keep an eye on your emails, check the website often, and communicate. Communication is the most important aspect of brotherhood in my opinion. Without communication, we have no idea what our brothers are going through or thinking about. Always feel free to reach out to me personally or any of the officers. We are here for each other, in all aspects of life.
