This month’s program will be the third section of the Master Mason degree for our 4 newest Master Masons.

This October was yet another busy month for the brothers of St. Alban’s. At our regular communication, four of our Fellow Craft, Brothers Roger Belmore, Barry Fontaine, Jr., Abdala Soufan, and Jason Flick demonstrated their proficiency. I want to congratulate them on a job well done! They have been working very hard on their journey and it definitely shows. They did a great job.
The program for the night was the Master Mason Degree, for the four brothers who had just completed their proficiency. I’d also like to express my appreciation to all the brothers who took part in presenting the degree! It was a wonderful success thanks to everyone’s hard work and determination! I’d also like to give a special shout-out to the Brothers in the East Bay who had vital roles in our successful degree, Worshipful Brothers Lance Ratkoski and Joe Mira from Washington Lodge, and Worshipful Brother John Shaw from St. Paul’s Lodge.
The weekend after our communication, many brothers traveled to Long Island, New York to attend the 70th Annual Gathering of the Lodges Named for St. Alban. It was a great weekend of seeing old friends and meeting new brothers. There were multiple presentations put on by the Oklahoma Indian Degree Team, that were in a word, “Outstanding!”
If you ever get an opportunity to watch them perform a degree, or demonstrate their native dances, don’t miss it.
