Notice of regular communication of St. Alban's Lodge No. 6 will be held at 363 Hope Street, Bristol RI 02809.
Wednesday, November 13th, 7:00 PM
The Lodge will open at 7:00 PM for the transaction of such business as shall regularly come before it. Those wishing to join us for a Thanksgiving-style potluck event. Friends and family are encouraged to join us. RSVP by Friday, November 8th.
Program for the Evening
We will have a representative from the Bristol Ladies Auxiliary join us to accept our charitable donation from this year's calendar raffle. We will also have a program about the technology we use. Brother Secretary will present on our Website updates, Discord Server & the updates to Grand View that are now available. Brother Soufan will offer some tips on Discord.
Hello Brothers!
Happy November! I hope everyone is recovering from their sugar overload…or, as the medical community would say, “We all got the sugars.” By medical, I mean the Portuguese.
Anyway, I’m excited about the quickly approaching holiday season, and with that comes some key events to keep in mind. Be on the lookout for the Holiday party invitations, and please be sure to RSVP to the WB Secretary as soon as possible. We will be sponsoring a family or two for the Christmas Season. Hopefully, we will have more info on this at our next meeting, which leads us to the next topic.
WB Cordeiro has spearheaded an easier way to categorize and disseminate information to different groups in the lodge. For instance, specific degree groups or “channels” will be utilized for those specifically involved with a certain degree that way everyone else who is not engaged, will not be inundated with texts or emails about that degree. There will be many other channels but whatever your PREFERRED method of communication is with the lodge will NOT CHANGE. This isn’t something anyone HAS to be part of but after discussing with the usual suspects we decided this would be more advantageous for us going forward.
Our program this month will be on this topic. WB Cordeiro and Bro Soufan will lead this training.
We are going to do dinner a little differently this month. All I need from you is an RSVP by this Friday, November 8th, whether or not you plan on attending.
Our Program for Next month, December 11th, is an important one. We will be conferring the EA degree. The specifics of this still need to be ironed out, but be on the lookout for more information, especially if you would like to be part of the degree. This is our last degree of the year and would like to go out with a bang, metaphorically of course.
Please reach out to me with any interest in being involved in that degree.
We have a lot going on over the next few months and honestly, a written message wouldn’t do it much justice, so if you’d like to be involved or just be part of all the fun and exciting stuff this holiday season please try to make it to lodge this month. We miss all your faces and hope to have a full lodge room to start wrapping up the year!

If you have not made arrangements to pay your current dues, Grand Lodge requires that your name be brought forward to consider being dropped from membership for Non-Payment of Dues. We value the friendship of all members. Please contact the Master or the Secretary right away to make some arrangements.
The Semi-Annual Communication of Grand Lodge is Saturday, Nov. 19 at 1:00 pm. All Master Masons are welcome, & all Wardens, Masters, and Past Masters are voting members of The Grand Lodge. If a Warden or Master is unable to attend, speak to the Secretary to establish your proxy.
As a reminder, If you would like a ride to the lodge, please do not hesitate to ask. If you, or someone you know, is in need of assistance, please notify the Master, the Secretary, or a member of the Special Charity Committee. If you learn of the need, illness, or passing of a member or Special Lady, please contact one of us as soon as possible.

Our Annual Holiday Dinner will be held on Saturday afternoon, December 7th at 3:00 pm for the friends and family of St. Alban’s No. 6. Children and family members are especially welcome, as they add to the joy of the season. As always, our Special Ladies are invited to be our honored guests at no charge.
We will meet, greet, and dine in our social hall on the second floor. Remember that we do have a stairlift for everyone who does not like stairs.
